All sorted. I heard back form the tribunal clerk this morning and it has nothing to do with a murder after all. ( big mistake to make....but anyway) It's to do with an MVA involving a police vehicle and a pedestrian that died as a result of the injuries recieved back in 2005 that I kind of, maybe witnessed. Just have to appear on Monday and then I'm done.

Just flying through here-am working retail world fulltime at the mo as my staff are both on holidays.They are really great women and I am just s.cking it up..sigh..

Am choosing to be amused at others comments and antics in the store..it leaves me more peaceful and detached-instead of stressed, bewildered and irritated :-x

Hope James crazy has some good pain relief by now and your leg is getting better CJ :-x:will send some positive energy your way for today-I hope it goes well-remember that you are a consumer too and want that good service!Look forward to reading how it went.

I hope everyone is well. dtrh great attitude re: detachment from other peoples 'issues'. It's not your problem as you know.

I had a phone call from the Women's Division leader the other day regarding my 7 hour chanting mission. She was great! She said normally when a member decides to do a marathon chanting session they have the support and guidance from their mentors because it can bring up "poison" from deep within. But typical me did it on her own. She said I was very courageous lol. But she also said moderate chanting consistently is better. The Buddha taught the Middle Way after all.

I'm feeling better. I've noticed another change these last couple of days. I'm saying "no" to things I don't want to do! Usually I'm a people pleaser and do things pretending I'm a "nice" person deep down I'm actually seething with resentment. So when someone asks me for something and I don't want to do it I'm just saying "no". :^O

It's a surprising but good feeling. And I'm still thinking of Mr Ex, when I do think of him, with detached affection. How weird is that! 😮

Trish good luck with the divorce. I'm sure your new OK's will help!

I had a fantastic sesh with the hypnotherapist this afternoon.
She is very impressed with how fast I can go into a deep mediatation and I only have 1 more single session (which is a 'run through' for the actual birth), then a session with my support people (hubs & sis) so she can teach them how to guide me and use my 'trigger' words etc.
