Yes but there is no rule about the 7 hours. Stop when you feel that you have calmness in accepting the thought. The universe will do the rest. Just the mind set I believe sends out a message from within.

Hi orange peeps!

She-ele my daughter hasn't given me a confirmed date yet - either the 13th or 14th of December. Once she gives me a date I can start the countdown! I'm so excited!

I still feel super tired. Does withdrawal symptoms from cortisone include tiredness? The aches and pains are easing though but all I want to do is sleep which is a bit difficult at work because people keep interrupting my snoozes. X-( :^O
