I am back from far northern NSW.

The funeral went well, but very sad when I look at my Aunty and Uncle and my own Dad.  They all look so vulnerable.  😞

( I did mention that my Uncle passed away last week didn't I?)  Apologies if I am talking about something you know nothing about.

Kylie, I hope Samantha's Take 2 Santa photo turns out well.  What I did with my first one was take her to the shopping centre and stand a short distance away from Santa and just point him out to her.  Santa would wave and over a period of time (which you don't have) we would stand closer and closer waving etc, so that when it was time for the photo she was OK with him.

I don't think I have congratulated your 2 older children on the awards from school Kylie.  You must be so proud.

sorry to hear about your uncle Braff... I heard about 2 deaths last week, both in their late 50's, one from a motor neurone disease, the other a surprise heart attack- left both families distraught 😞

Samantha was quite good with Santa, and I am happy with that pic, the others one where she was suppose to be an "elf" was the one hat daddy interfered with get only 1 half decent pic from that day!

thanks for your congrats, I really am proud of both of the older kids, they are growing into such great young adults with no emotional dysfunctions that may've come from such trauma in their childhood.

We had a great day today!!

Had a Xmas catch up with a family that we have know since our oldest girls were in pre-school together 13 yrs ago.

sammy had her first splash in a pool today and loved it, I will post a super cute pic once I get them off my camera.

things have been very up n down with ex, we have had some big shouting fights this week, but last night was his work Xmas party (over night) and he was there single first time in 7 xmases, so a bit of a milestone in the break up area. Tonight I found him on my computer copying pics of me and him/ kids etc onto a USB and it made me really uncomfortable! And we had words about it, then he took off while I was bathing Sammy and bought dinner for everyone "to be nice".... 

Miss Samantha is 11 months old today and party plans are in full swing for the BIG birthday bash in January!!

Really looking forward to her first Christmas next week!

I bought little Miss Ava the classic children's book "Possum Magic". I've sent presents for Ava and J's mum and dad with Miss Kitty to take over with her as well as presents for her and J. I think her backpack will be full of presents and not much room for clothes even though it's winter there now. :^O

They left for the UK this morning. I miss Miss Kitty already 😞

I hope everyone is excited about Xmas and/or done their Xmas shopping!

It was a bit naughty posting about my present but I thought if I'm an advocate for surviving after infidelity/break up and I'm not one for one night stands then I'd say "girls take matters into your own hands" so to speak.

I hope it works for this tension in my neck and shoulders.
