I think I can label today as a day from hell, everything that could go wrong went wrong.

And to top it off I banged my heel (the one with bad bursitis) on a metal thingie and the pain was incredible, it quickly subsided but I've noticed since taking my boots off its started to bruise where I whacked it 😞

Miss Kitty stayed over last night so it was a late night and I'm just about to head off for a luncheon and then I'm going to sleep ... after I do some errands.  :^O

Im at work so not a great day!

Had to get 4 new tyres on my car today so there's $600 gone... yikes!! Got rego next month and now with Miss 16 learning to drive I thought Id better make sure the car is super safe!! Got new wiper blades last week too as with the rain the vision just wasnt good enough!! ($60 for 2 thin strips of rubber, bloody Honda's so exxy!!)

REALLY looking forward to the easter break! Have been doing loads of things around the house, including big clean out/chuck out and really happy with how it is looking!

Going to be doing some painting in the loungeroom to revamp and finally finish the babys room (now she's getting older) and the office clear out.

Just have this and one more work day to go .........

Thanks Kylie, today was a bit better.  Its such a convoluted drama happening here that I could probably type a small novel just explaining it all.  My ankles are so sore.  I've got to keep reminding myself that its only two more days and the 'thing' that is causing all this angst will be over.

Had one mega bonus happened though, mum was asked if could take Mitchell (her grandson) to Mother Goose each Monday!  Mother Goose is a group for toddlers and thier carers to go along and sing songs and have a bit of a play.  Mum is thrilled that she is allowed to take him anywhere BY HERSELF!

My little brother (although he's actually taller than me) is getting married the first weekend in April.  I've told anyone that will listen that if I ever plan to get married, I'm going to elope.  Sheesh, little bro and his fiancee are the worst at making decisions, I have felt like b***h slapping them a few times ]:)

I didn't realize it has been so long since I have been in.

Looks like a few of you are looking forward to the Easter break.  I hope you get the chance to re energize and/or do whatever you want to do in the days off.

Kylie, very smart getting the new tyres on the car, especially with a Learner Driver on board.

Ouch $60 for wiper blades.  You can buy them yourself and just cut them to fit your wipers.  My daughter bought some pink ones the other day.

Did anyone catch Damo on TV last night?  I would have liked him to have been on longer other than the first segment of the show and the last.

Happy, I hope your foot doesn't bruise up too much.  You can't take a trick at the moment, although light is at the end of the tunnel in another day or so for you.

Freddies, I am still thinking of you and I have Christened my new OK's hoping that they would be helping someone.

MrBraff has a cpap machine (mask over face) and it drives me mad.  He is getting a great nights sleep and I am getting 'gales' of cold air on me all night and therefor a dreadful nights sleep.

oh braff that would be really annoying having cold air blowing on you at night.  I sleep alone, so luckily I don't annoy anyone but me.

Do you know what number his is set at?  Mine is on 12 and seriously it feels like a gale force wind blowing and my nose will shoot up into my brain.  Luckily there is a ramp up feature, so that is marginally better.  I find it hard to breathe out through the nose when using it, but I havent even used it for a week yet, so hopefully it gets easier.  Does his mask cover both the nose and mouth?  The specialist told me they don't like to use them unless there is no other way to keep the mouth closed.

Happy, I will find out the number and let you know.  It is a mask that covers the nose and mouth.  The air blows out the top of the nose area.  I can put up with it sort of while the weather is hot, but once it starts cooling down he had better look out.  I will be wearing a full face balaclava to bed to keep warm then and booking a date at the divorce court.  I don't even like air conditioning blowing on me so you can understand why I am so annoyed about this.

If it seems like ages since you last saw me here, that's because it is! I have been very, very remiss. Life here jogs along smoothly and I haven't had much to talk about. I haven't had a chance to read back, so hugs all round to all who need them and thumbs up to those who are doing well.

My baby son has just arrived in Bathurst with his formula Vee car ready for the National championships. He and a mate drove a truck and trailer carrying 4 cars all the way from Perth. He's very excited about the racing, so fingers crossed the result proves worth all that effort. DIL and kids are doing it the easy way and flying over to join him.
