Master Kitty is doing very well. His car blew up, a write off, but a mate is selling his car to Master Kitty when MK receives his tax refund. So all is well. It's a good car on gas. MK has been driving it for a month on loan so he knows it's a reliable car.
Wow Braff those pictures are amazing, you are so brave, i'm in awe of your braffy amazing braveness 
We are part way home, overnight stay in a Motel then home tomorrow

The universe and his Mummy is looking after Master Kitty
Our offer was refused, and we aren't prepared to pay what they have stated they want, so the hunt continues, and we only have 3 weeks before we have to vacate here. Can't remember if I said, landlord wants to sell.
Cuddly don't stress (easier said than done I know). Don't rush into a decision based on urgency. You can always rent short term 
That's what a friend did. She ended up renting for 6 months between selling and buying her new home.

I am in Zurich at the moment but before I left Innsbruck I received an email from my son......................
PROUD MUMMA ALERT ...........
He has been recognized by the St John Ambulance for his exceptional life sustaining first aid provided to a member of the community.
He is to receive a special plaque presented to him by Marie Bashir the Governor of NSW
He went through a tough time after that episode and it is lovely to see that it has been acknowledged.
Cuddly, I am sure somethig will come along just right for you. I am sorry you missed out on that house, but you are sensible not to over commit yourself.
I'm glad Master Kitty is doing OK Ms Cat. How is your weight reduction going? Are you still on your special diet?
