Challenge for the photo artists here

Our Jack Russell dog Monty is going on the million paws walk next week. My Husband has just had a vision of him wearing a pedometer on one leg and a water bottle tucked somewhere and was hoping that some clever person could depict this. By the way he is totally evil, Monty that is, has a white body, brown ears, one eye has a brown patch and a long white tail  that he curls like a pug. He is also about 80% pug 20% JR and looks like he has been stitched together. Anyone up for a challenge?:^O

Photoshop is beyond my abilities. This one was downloaded from my camera to Picassa then onto here. Really simple, it needs to be for me.
