Champion Breakfasts

A morning meal that satisfies ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

I just toasted crumpets for my son and I.  Mine was crunchy and buttery and tasted yummy.

He'd already had leftover Thai chicken soup with ginger, lol, and an apple.

What do you like eating for breakfast?

Re: Champion Breakfasts

Sorry Channy,  too keen to brag about our dinner ๐Ÿ™‚

Does (silly question) pumpkinseed bread have actual pumpkinseeds in it?  Whole or not?

I really like them ... but I don't like most breads that are crunchy/seedy ... old wobbly teeth here.

Re: Champion Breakfasts

I loved poached eggs on vegemite toast.

But I start work early so I just have toast. Sometimes raisin toast.

I don't do cereal, ever.

Re: Champion Breakfasts

4T ... i used to make my own muesli ... that was nice ... I had it with fruit juice since I can't drink milk.

I'm thinking ... Thai style fish cakes might be one of my top ten breakfast faves.

Re: Champion Breakfasts

I struggle to eat breakfast these days. Usually it is one slice of grain and seed toast with lime jam ( I made my own this year). I have a coffee first thing and then wait an hour or two to eat.

Re: Champion Breakfasts

katymatey, I don't know your stats but maybe try some pinapple juice, has enzymes to assist with digestion.

Can get the hunger feelings back again and wanting a good breakfast.

Re: Champion Breakfasts

Scrambled eggs is fine with water (instead of milk). 2 eggs, 1 tbsp of water.
