She was angry that two kids did not get up and give her a seat, So she called the police to report it. Then things got a bit crazy as others started, imo, adding fuel to the fire.
She has been charged with using offensive language/

In no way do i condone her behavior, but i also dont condone the behaviou of the guy filming it who stirred it up even more by calling her a rude name.
Opinions?

When did we lose our manners?

I think we're done way past manners.

Maybe bob, I guess all we can do is not be rude ourselves and teach children the same.

believe it or not here's where I think religious teaching comes in handy to keep people in line.

What's the odds on that woman calling herself a Christian?

I beg to differ.
No amount of religious teaching is going to stop people like this from carrying on in public.
I certainly wouldn't act that way and I have no religious teaching other than the odd scripture lesson at school and going to a local church most Sundays.
I've seen so called 'Christians' act out just as much and be racist as non Christians.

that behavior wouldn't last a full 60 seconds on the green line in boston.

I had no idea that it was so common.
I have only had one person go off at me. I was waiting for a couple of those sausage sizzle things to be cooked. I had already orderd and paid for them.
When they were ready the vendor turned to me and asked whether I would like onions etc. but another woman who had come along after me just spat the dummy and accused me of pushing in, called me a few names and blah blah etc. I said nothing (bit shocked) and her young daughter just looked so embarassed because she knew I was there first.
The vendor just gave her the nicest smile and said I'm sorry but this lady was here first and that was that.
Apart from that I have never had any experience, most people are very nice. Except of course if you go and check out the footy and soccer mums on a Sunday morning.
