What sort of cheeses do you like to eat, for example, what would you like to find on a cheese platter? What do you eat it with? Why do you like this particucular kind of cheese?

Very partial to blue vein and camembert. A litle bit stinking is nice IMO

I used to know someone who ate bluevein and anchovy sandwiches
I had some costello blue vein brie yesterday, and I didn't mind that. Never been a fan of blues before though

I love all natural cheeses. I really don't like fruit cheese and smoked cheese. Why mess with a good product.
My favourites, Jarlsberg or Maasdammer (they taste the same to me) good vintage extra sharp cheddar and Camembert and blue. The Costello blue and white are yummy.
I love cheese in a chicken casserole. Especially Camembert.

hmm anything from the supermaket thats matured, but in moderation as im aware of how i react to dairy products
comes in handy when im out of everything else, fried cheese sammiches? mmmmm
