Any bright and wonderful ideas for a Christmas spread that does NOT involve HOT stoves and indoors.
Got the usual idea's - seafood, cold cuts, salads, I know, in a word..... boring.....any Qlder's out there that know how to make this
day awesome without melting....

Dixo, you have an appetite just like mine. I haven't had to do the Christmas lunch for a while but I help with the cooking. We have the same. Roast Turkey and roast pork. Leg of ham, all the salads, Roast potatoes and potato bake, cauliflower cheese and platters of king prawns and bowls of chilli mussels.
Don't even get me started on the desserts. There is always a crowd.

OMG! No j*oono, that's Andrew's huge plate and THEN... the man comes back for seconds!!
He's as skinny as a rake too... arghhhh.
Me.. I eat less than half of that and then stack on the kilos. But who gives a sheet when it's Christmas?
