The appeal email replies are now generated replies, and don't deal with the issue, it's a circus.

When I was asking to have my suspension lifted I sent my email to aumoderation@ebay.com. I received a couple of replies from a moderator and they were definitely not system generated.

Some are some aren't. If you appeal a sanction the reply is usually auto-generated and may not make sense. If you initiate contact on other matters you usually get a personal reply, even that may miss the mark.

Because my post wasn't hostile, disruptive or interpersonal, my question was what part of my post was interpersonal, hostile or disruptive.
This is the reply I received.
Content related reports and/or the reason behind why content is removed is
not a publically visible process. While some users may choose to discuss
such processes and actions, they are not required to openly disclose their
moderation history. You may want to consider that users may be less than
truthful when sharing information within the community in an attempt to
further an ongoing dispute.
In consideration of member privacy, we will not discuss the particulars of
any such action.
We hope this addresses your concerns.
Because this reply didn't address my concerns I asked again, and this is the reply.
Often people who participate in social venues are unaware that their posts
may be received differently than they were intended. Tones of speech such
as sarcasm are particularly difficult to achieve online, because text
based content lacks the visual clues we are used to seeing when we
directly engage with other people.
Our advice is to reread your post before you submit it so that your
language clearly states your intent and cannot be confused with a mean
spirited remark. If there is any concern that the person receiving your
comment may take it in any other way than the spirit for which you
intended, err on the side of caution and do not make the post.
