Not in big red letters, but yes it does.  In the user agreement

You are entering into a legally binding contract with ebay.  

You can't do that under 18, you are still a minor.

you will not use the eBay services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18

Hi Stawks! I usually am working hard, not today though and I was off yesterday too. I did a whole lotta nothing, lol.

So I'll be working on a home project today and one thing to do work related at the office. Yep, it's warmer here, yay! It's sunny but just slightly chilly. If it's not windy today, it'll be the perfect weather to do some work outside....got plenty of that to do!

Plus I have monday off too, it's Memorial day.
