Do you think a policy which states members may only use (1) Registered ID on the boards should be introduced to discourage posters who use alternate ID's to create disharmony?

Re: Community Forum

This board has become so low in membership, what with some being barred and others being bullyed or scared off, it would take every member left here now to post with several ID's to make up the numbers again, lol.

Re: Community Forum

that's what was expected and wanted on the .com boards, according to one of tptb who used to actually post on his own forum over there. the whole forum is gone,so are the ones where anyone could actually TALK to someone in charge.

no surprise. if it doesn't say what they want,it's gone.

I was listening to an elderly pensioner from Bingara on Lawsie this morning, he had to travel to Tamworth stay in a Motel for his Hospital procedure the next morning, then drive back home the following day.

Joe can stay in his wifes apartment in Canberra and claim living away from home from the Tax payers, they have no idea how the other half live.

I don't expect anything will be done about the troublesome ID flaunting issues, but what's new?

😮 that is a sad comparison.

I wonder why he didn't get a community car transport?

Maybe they don't have them, if the residents our the Princeses Nursing Home have specialist appts they have to find their own way to those, if they don't have family and they are able they get a cab.

Re: Community Forum

I had to laugh at this one.

So serial trouble makers were restricted but it was a free for all for part time trouble makers. 😄

Re: Community Forum

I think Community Spirit will no longer exist in the near future, as the US genersl discussion boards have gone. Gropus will be the only option acailable for genersl discussion.

Re: Community Forum

Under the previous mods, if a poster was banned indefinitely and then allowed back in 3 months or 2 yrs or whenever, wasn't it a condition of their return, that they could only post with one current ID? They were not allowed to register new ids to post with either.

When there are Newley registered ids I can never work out if they are new
Or if they are some one in a different dress !

If they are a regular poster , I never know who , hopeless at figuring that out !

Wish some one would drop a few hints !

Is it mainly on the politic all threads???

Tell meeeeeee !

I don't know, I've never been banned that long.

I did get a 90 day ban way way back in CW days. I can't remember why now, most likely from posting naughty cartoons.

i had a few indefinite bans and that was never a condition of being allowed to return for me - i did have to read the guidelines then click a link to prove i had done so - funnily enough though i was never asked to agree to abide by the rules, just had to read them.
