On the weekend i had to take Miss 14's school dress hem up. I did it while hubby had the kids out in the backyard .
After i finished i thought i'd try the dress on to show Miss 14 where the hem now came to and it fit me.
So out to the yard i proudly march to show that ive done so well in my weight loss that i can now fit into Miss 14's school uniform.
And what does hubby say?
Does he compliment me on being able to fit into a 14 year olds school uniform?
No, of course not.
He turns to Miss 14 and says "You need to lose weight."
Nice dad. Not. Give the 14 yo a weight complex!!

The dress is a medium. She could fit in the small but it was to tight around her boobs.
Its ok, Miss 14 knows how much weight ive lost and is happy that we can now swap clothes
I did it while hubby had the kids out in the backyard.
At least a 14 year old girl is in the same vicinity as her father, and we don't know how their "family " jokes around.
Could he have felt "threatened" by the good looking sort in the school uniform at the back step of his house?

She def has no low self esteem problem.
