Today I've been preparing for our lunch party tomorrow.
We are having Pork, Veal and Pistachio(sp?) Terrine with Rocket, followed by my OHs magnificent curried leg of lamb, BBQ pork, a sweet potato and feta salad and BBQ glazed chat potato skewers.
Dessert will be Chilli Chocolate Pots and a fruit and cheese platter.

Well that is very nice of you.  I've never made a terrine.  I must try that one day.

I dunno.
Encased in bacon rashers. Now sitting in the fridge weighted down with random cans of stuff from the pantry.
Pork & veal mince with the nuts and "stuff", layered with onions and parsley and veal escalopes.
Smelt good when it came out if the oven. 🙂
