Coronavirus update

I guess it depends whether one is into "name calling", personally I find it quite childish

I kinda agree with you, I'm not thrilled about it myself. But I usually choose to let it go, because I like it when CS remains a friendly place.

Most people are capable of making stupid ( idiotic ) mistakes, that does not necessarily make the them a "stupid" person  ........ IMO Boris is highly intelligent man, who is prone to making some stupid mistakes ....... that doesn't make him  an "idiot"

Well that is your opinion and I'm sure some people will agree with you and some will not. Personally, I think Johnson was behaving idiotically when he contracted Covid. And given his intelligence I suspect he would agree. But history will determine the adjective he deserves when Covid is under control and his management is reviewed.

Blame is an interesting concept.

And very easy to lay.

As PM - he has a country to run - the whole kit & caboodle.

They are usually reliant on others in office - for advice - for information etc etc.

Boris is looking after a country approx as the size of Victoria with 66.6 million people.

While understanding where the buck stops - a huge job.

Exactly what I have already stated. his behaviour was "stupid" , he is NOT a stupid person

Well I will repeat too; that is your opinion. History will determine the adjective he DESERVES.

i may not like scomo and co

but here is another example of life when you vote an idiot into power

as if the USA want enuff of an example

Do you actually KNOW what an "idiot" is?

i have a fair idea of what an 'idiot' is

i would call myself an idiot

nothing wrong with being an idiot

unless you get yourself into a position where the idiotic things you do hurt others

as far as i know nothing idiotic i have ever done has hurt anyone besides myself

those like the UK PM and Donny trump hurt thousands if not hundreds of thousands because they ignore advice from people who are NOT idiots who are employed to give them NON idiotic advice.
