Who, here, has given any thought about how many germs could be on their phone - let alone the Corona virus?
(I shudder when I think of how many people take their phones to the toilet with them)
Your phone should be disinfected as often as you wash your hands.
I know this link is American, but the cleaning methods still apply

Disinfect your phone ? What about your shoes that come in contact with the floor of the bathroom/ toilet ? Your clothes as you pull up your underwear. What if you're in a public toilet and someone sneezes?Typical bloke.
Don't know many (if any) women who let their clothes fall to the floor in a public loo.
Are you going to touch the soles of your shoes with your hands? Sit your shoes on the table at home?
And if someone sneezes, say "bless you" and wash your hands.
UVC shoe sanitisers are available online at retail ....

LOL - and that ain't all :
Japan Is Selling Special UV Ink Stamps To Help Mark Perverts On Trains. ... This is a stamp that uses UV ink that marks the person it has been stamped on, similar to how some clubs use UV ink mark patrons who enter their establishment. This stamp has been designed to help women fight back against perverts on trains.

Mitigation against covid-19 will also be mitigation against Flu and cold - a worthy quest for general health with potential improvements in trade , manufacturing and commerce productivity not to mention death reduction this coming winter

Will that be balanced with a " woman's UV ink stamp of approval" for particularly noble guys ?

Just wait until next spring time , the hay fever season , one or two sneezes due to pollen and one will risk hospital time
( Might be marketed the full face helmet of silence complete with absorbent sneeze catcher snout )

I have survived this long, surrounded by viruses, bacteria, mould and fungal spores, all, it seems, vying with each other to bring about my demise.
And yet, I am still here.
Am I to believe that yet another contraption, another trapping of First World consumerism, will somehow improve the quality of my existence?
I sincerely doubt that Consumerism, no matter how rampant, will be the Be All and End All Miracle Cure for this current virus, or any other ills that may beset us.
Thanks, but I'll pass on it....
