That doesn't make sense to me then Karen. If they are shopping daily and aren't going to take it home and refreeze it then it doesn't matter if it has already been frozen.
It is the same with buying seafood in the deli from Coles. I would never take it home and put it in the freezer because Coles received it frozen mostly.

One of my earlier jobs was as a pay clerk for Wesfarmers Linley Valley meats. I used to help prepare the pay roll for the abattoir workers at Wooroloo.
They had no problem filling the jobs including Halal slaughterman. I can't see the problem with exporting frozen meat.
Perhaps.

Are you SERIOUS?Where do you get that piece of garbage from?
To make such a statement you should provide links.
BTW - cows are usually female.
uuhhhmm no, but i am good in thinking myself into someone else. it's freely adapted from Nr. 5 here:
Yes I do see where you're coming from now. I misunderstood. Those Abbott quotes are idiotic.
Any animal cruelty honestly makes me physically ill and I someetimes despair as so little is done though I
applaud those who actively try to do something about it. Vampire good for you walking the walk,
being vegetarian and not wearing leather. I sometimes hate myself for not being like that.

Donna, you really should provide the facts, along with the propaganda.
Crikey, have you been asleep? This issue was well covered in all the media, graphically.
The Australian community backlash was incredible.

No, I haven't. I was in the thick of it, and sourced then, and continue to now, my information from places other than the media.
What you have been shown is a minority of abbotoirs, already under investigation whilst others had already been closed and/or lost their accreditation (ie were no longer being supplied by us). It was made out that nothing was being done and that the Australian Meat Industry were willfully allowing this to happen.

Yes......The Australan meat industry has a lot to answer for.
In my decades long previous career I spent a lot of time in the region as well as the Middle East and Asia..
The cruelty I witnessed was sickening.
