are you kidding me, you find a cigarette butt and its enough to arrest someone for murder?
now i dont smoke but i do see cigarette butts everywhere.
i'm in no way saying being involved in criminal activity is ok or that killing people is ok either.
but id like to think the police would need much more solid evidence i was guilty of a crime before they could arrest me and put me in prison awaiting trial than finding a cigarette butt at the crime scene!
