I couldn't be bothered I already know that I will die and prolly how I will too.  Young 20 year olds would go for it I reckon, curiosity would kill them.

I don't know you, only you can answer for yourself I think,

I would consider it, doctors are against it, it seems. There are many reasons for and against I think.

that's probably not the one I need to have done...to prove to my mad Dad that he is my Dad...and to stop him defaming my Mum and her former boyfriend from over 40 years ago (prior to my Dad )..lol

Dad refuses as these things aren't reliable so need to do me,mum and this former boyfriend I think.

I certainly would.
Im right into the dog world and although I havent bred a dog, I have done much research on it and as you are or might be aware, a good breeder will run lots of test etc to consider if a certain mating is worth it and to ensure it doesn't pass on bad genes with high risks of medical issues.

I myself don't have any children and will never have children now (for various reasons, choice being one of them) so I don't see the point in me getting a DNA test done.
However if circumstances were different I would have been happy to have one done all the same.
