Daniel was abducted and murdered on the Sunshine Coast in 2003 and his remains were found in nearby bushland in 2011.

Brett Peter Cowan, 44, has pleaded not guilty to murder, indecent treatment of a child, and interfering with a corpse."

How would Cowan have known the specifics of the crime unless he was the murderer?

another person was seen by several other witnesses, at the scene, on the day. Cowan says he told him the details while in prison together. Anything is possible I suppose.

According to Cowan he made it up because he had been offered "millions" to confess so he said used details told to him by someone else and what he had gleaned from the media.

Hopefully, the evidence will speak for itself and the verdict will be swift and correct.

I see no insensitivity being shown.

Back in CW days there was a thread devoted to Daniel's disappearance. From time to time, Denise would drop by. A lovely and brave woman.
