Despicable Me 2 Talking Dave Minion Banana Babbler McDonalds Happy Meal Toy #3
A buyer posted a question in the answer centre about cancelling payment/purchase along the way I got a chuckle from one
sellers description.....
"kids' movies often seem to have what could be considered double entendre lines
... So what is this ??? double entendre or unintentional and just my overactive dirty mind
Brand New, Sealed in Package!
Talking Dave Minion Banana Babbler
2013 Despicable Me 2 McDonald's Happy Meal Toy #3
When you pull Dave's Banana he babbles,
"Hehe Ho Banana, Oohh Banana!"
(The banana has to be pulled and held for Dave to complete the phrase.)

Allie how do you suggest it should be worded?
IMO the advertising blurb in the op is definitely double entendre, as the OP was asking. We all know that they push the boundaries as far as they can, and those boundaries are almost non-existent these days. Anything goes until there is an outcry.
I am not an advertising person, and couldn't be because of what I have said, so I can't answer your Q.

If more than 1 seller is using the same description... doesn't that mean they are getting that info from the marketing of the toy?
If one seller made up their own original description, the other sellers wouldn't get away with directly copying it.

That image was posted on this forum months ago, and many thought it was very funny. I wonder if you were one of them?

editted: I had a reply typed up and thought I'd cancelled it..instead it posted with no comment from me
Some may see the words pull banana as suggestive regardless ? They are however two words (necessary words perhaps ?) in the instructions

I doubt it. Is it still there?... I will leave it up to you to check who posted a lauging emoticon after it.
I consider it very poor taste to post that particular cartoon in a discussion about a childs toy holding a banana.
I can't find by googling any outrage from parents/others on forums/news articles about the minion toy with the banana.

The toy minion is holding a banana. To get the toy to speak, the banana has to be pulled forward. Pretty simple really.

Perhaps a siesta would help?

No need for smart comments simply because others have a different opinion to you.
