As it's more than 100 days now, it has been suggested that a new thread was needed. The current govt has been breaking promises and telling lies at a rate so fast it's hard to keep up.![]()
This below is worrying, "independent" pffft, as if your own doctor is somehow what? biased, it's ridiculous. So far there is talk of only including people under a certain age 30-35, for now. Remember that if your injured in a car, injured at work or get ill, you too might need to go on the DSP. They have done a similar think in the UK with devastating consequences.
and this is the 2nd time recently where the Govt has referred to work as welfare???? So when you go to work tomorrow (or tuesday), just remember that's welfare.

Independent doctors could be called in to reassess disability pensioners, Federal Government says
The Federal Government is considering using independent doctors to examine disability pensioners and assess whether they should continue to receive payments.
Currently family doctors provide reports supporting claims for the Disability Support Pension (DSP).
But Social Services Minister Kevin Andrews is considering a measure that would see independent doctors reassess eligibility.
"We are concerned that where people can work, the best form of welfare is work," Mr Andrews said at a press conference.

You are not seeing things, that is not the same background. Something has been photoshopped, I think, or the flags have been moved, or it is a different time frame.
Look at the other photo with the ? bag being held up, the man at Abbott's left in the dark jacket, his head has been photoshopped onto his shoulders. Very odd anyway.
i suppose all the other men
wearing similar dark jackets
have also been photoshopped ![]()
taken same time, same place

so it seems some have not noticed the countless photo shopped pics and disgusting cartoons aimed at the ALP, Greens and anything considered left of the far far right, rarely if ever using actual quotes and the same whingers must have had their eyes and ears closed to have not noticed the campaign of hear and hate waged by the LyingNP. oh the hypocrisy.
chaff bag ring any bells? a little reminder

debra, you do understand that
the 2 shots were taken from different
angles and distances, dont you?
one shows only a bit of the red flag
whereas the other, shows the end
of the building and the 8th flag is visible.
the flags are in exactly the same order.
the close up shot, simply does not cover as
much as the one taken from a distance.
the flags were not moved.
look at them in relation to the window frame.
this would have to be the most amateur attempt
at a conspiracy theory i have ever read. sorry.

The Bureau of Meteorology has confirmed that 2014 was Australia's third-warmest year since national records began in 1910.
Australian maximum and minimum temperatures remained well above average for most of 2014. February was the only month that recorded below average temperatures.
That continued a pattern of warm weather seen throughout 2013, which was Australia's warmest year on record

It's likely they were shot on different cameras. One from the side angle and one from the back. That would account for the slightly different looking colours, clarity and the difference in depth perspective.
Then again, there was talk about him recording a speech in a blue room so crowd could be added later..... who really knows :D:D

it is quite normal to have a close up
shot and a distance shot. happens
all the time. it would be strange to have
the camera zoomed in the whole time.
i think you are also forgetting those are
screen shots from a video.
watch the video to get a better perspective.
sorry.

Yes, I probably did mean green :D:D
Although with all the green hued uniforms and no blue ties, blue might have been a choice on the day.
