As it's more than 100 days now, it has been suggested that a new thread was needed. The current govt has been breaking promises and telling lies at a rate so fast it's hard to keep up.![]()
This below is worrying, "independent" pffft, as if your own doctor is somehow what? biased, it's ridiculous. So far there is talk of only including people under a certain age 30-35, for now. Remember that if your injured in a car, injured at work or get ill, you too might need to go on the DSP. They have done a similar think in the UK with devastating consequences.
and this is the 2nd time recently where the Govt has referred to work as welfare???? So when you go to work tomorrow (or tuesday), just remember that's welfare.

Independent doctors could be called in to reassess disability pensioners, Federal Government says
The Federal Government is considering using independent doctors to examine disability pensioners and assess whether they should continue to receive payments.
Currently family doctors provide reports supporting claims for the Disability Support Pension (DSP).
But Social Services Minister Kevin Andrews is considering a measure that would see independent doctors reassess eligibility.
"We are concerned that where people can work, the best form of welfare is work," Mr Andrews said at a press conference.

A spill motion that resulted in the status quo remaining - so far......

I would like to have a similar one of these - The Circus, 2015 - Perpetual Backflips - with Abbott, Hockey & Pyne characters.
Did you design this one? - or is it copied from elsewhere?
Sadly A3 it will require some research (sorry) to locate the sources, and then a little original input (sorry). However there might be a media source "out there" that you could C&P sans any input.

So you didn't design it, just copied it? Didn't you used to bag out others continually that used 'copied' images, and show them repeatedly in siggies, posts etc?
What made you change your position and start doing the exact same thing?

I don't know how Chris Pyne could even show his face again as Education Minister, in light of the back down today.
Spent the last few days blabbing how he is sure his proposals re changes to Uni's re deregulation is going to get passed in Senate on Wed, blah, blah.
Empty words:
But Mr Pyne said he was confident of a breakthrough.
"I always fought right through to the end and we will fight right through to the vote," he said.
"It's too important not to win for students and for universities and for Australia."
Mr Pyne said he saw the decision by Senator Lazarus to leave the Palmer United Party on Friday as a chance to woo the last remaining PUP senator.
"That might present opportunities in terms of Dio Wang who has indicated in the past that he supported the reforms but was constrained about voting for them by Glenn Lazarus's opposition," he said.
Mr Pyne said the Government was prepared to entertain a range of compromise options in the lead up to the vote.
"Everything is on the table except the centrepiece of the reform which is deregulation," he said.
"If the Government gets deregulation, which is going to be good for universities and students, all the other matters are open to negotiation."

Why did I think A3 that you were actually not interested in research (sorry) but trying "it on"! So I provided an answer that required a little thought. e.g. : "Sadly A3 it will require some research (sorry) to locate the sources, and then a little original input (sorry). However there might be a media source "out there" that you could C&P sans any input.
"A little original input" was the carefully chosen term, ponder that for "10 years.
Hint "just copied it" whilst I am sure you understand , and are well versed with the activity, does not apply. (sorry)
So you didn't design it, just copied it? Didn't you used to bag out others continually that used 'copied' images, and show them repeatedly in siggies, posts etc?
NO. Hint: colour depth, worm graphs, bandwidth. A little like BIG living up to the name! , but please research (sorry) and produce some posts, and the 1Mb plus images I used to decry. They actually do go back 10years (sorry)

"sexist names" chuckle, how is that possible if I have no knowledge apropos a members gender?
Actually I do see how "biased" my posts could be naturally perceived by the MYOPS, that is why my "criminal" siggy:
Rather easy to do when posters don't hide their gender. Perhaps there is some other reason you happily correct, chastise and mock the female posters when you consider they have erred and ignore the male's errors. Care to share that other reason?
