Except for food, I don't really need anything plus the pantry is pretty stocked anyway.  I have applied fir home delivery from Woollies so Frank doesn't have to go out either..

Re: Did anyone receive $750 yet?

Actually I would appreciate if a message was sent to mygoc account confirming pending payment - sort of peace of mind , as some people are not eligable and so there is a chance of mistakes

I don't mean to be as pedantic as some - but I would check your ' mygoc account ' - often.

Re: Did anyone receive $750 yet?

I had a MyGov account.

Had.

I ordered a pizza in a restaurant in Poland, using only a Lonely Planet guide book "Useful phrases" chapter, and that was less excruciating an experience.

As I said, Had an account.

🙂

Just convenient to put it in with the next scheduled payments for individuals, I suspect, and with the computer taking another couple of days off on Easter Friday and Monday.

I suppose that avoids a possible stampede to the supermarkets of suddenly cashed up nervous citizens

Gives them time to think calmly, and conclude that what they really need is more stamps.

Totally agree, and some buyers seem to agree too as we're having regular sales at the moment.

Re: Did anyone receive $750 yet?

I'm happy to keep using the Tap and Go feature at the supermarket until it says Declined, then I'll know the money isn't in, yet, ha ha...

Obviously, I could use an ATM, but I got weird looks from people last time I did...

Maybe it was because I unrolled a sheet of glad wrap and placed it over the keypad before using it... ha ha...
