Ever since low fat products started hitting the shelves people have just got fatter and fatter. They're usually full of sugar and added chemicals to put the taste back in. I dont buy anything reduced fat, reduced salt etc, I prefer my food to be intact.

No, wish I had known though.
I stopped buying low fat milk some time ago as it has a higher sugar content.

Yes it would seem chucking that steak eggs and bacon on the BBQ is now the way we should be eating, well that's until the next fad comes along.

Absolutely, the heart foundation did not make an appearance and what is fed to diabetics is completely wrong

Dietary fat is more of a killer than sugar.
