Yes, I really stupid question just like the one about having no legs and being exempt from criminal activity.
Your argument that all police are corrupt and/or incompetent because you've seen an incomplete video of police officers using force to control a known criminal who happens to be an amputee - has no legs either
Another response by someone who has clearly not read my posts. How on earth you can equate one incident and several comments about it into all police are corrupt is truly amazing
That seems to be what you're implying.
You still haven't answered the question as to whether you've seen the entire video or not. I may have missed it.
Not at all, simply stating the fact on display in the video and repeated frequently enough to get the jist of, feel free to read what you want to read into what I write, it's incorrect though. This isn't a thread about how wonderful the police force are and can be, it's about one incompetent one.
So do you know the whole story leading up to the part where the officers were filmed pinning the legless man and punching him? Is the beginning of the video accessible anywhere? Have you seen it?
Or are you professing outrage about an incident you only have partial knowledge of?

It's not relevant, let me try a different angle, if the man without legs stole someones wheelchair, or went to the G20 with raw eggs or a crocodile it does NOT warrant being punched repeatedly (not bashed apparently) lol by an officer...........even though these crimes are more serious than stealing wine
resisting arrest is wrong, even without legs I agree

So they were stealing wine? What's the rest of the story?

it does NOT warrant being punched repeatedly
its really difficult to tell from the video i'm looking at.
i can't see the offender's arms. he could have grabbed
onto the stand maybe and the only way to force him to let
go was to punch under the arm, like they do in wrestling
or he could have been trying to grab the gun or
maybe he was biting the officer. so may reasons why
the police would need to react that way. really difficult to see what
was actually going on. it does look bad.
can you see his arms at all? maybe i need new glasses.

Mr Doomadgee's crime was that he was walking home, drunk, and singing. And now he is dead.
Is one punch OK? Two?. Three? What is the cut-off point?

I agree it's not a good look for the police. But without seeing the whole video or even getting a clear view of what's actually being done, or knowing the whole story, I wouldn't be condemning the police force for brutality and incompetence.
The point that the man is an amputee garners some sympathy but amputees aren't necessarily harmless.
Look at Oscar.

He was laying on the floor (without his legs on) and punched several times, several times too many. I suppose if there was a miracle he could have ran away
on 22-11-2014 07:39 AM
He had already run away....... the police had already chased him.... he was refusing all orders by police.
I don't understand why people resist arrest......... they look like children throwing a tantrum.
This event also occurred during the G20 weekend......seriously....... anyone who continues to defend this lowlife needs a reality check.
