I don't agree with police brutality. In this case it was even worse and showed complete incompetence. He wasn't going to get very far without legs was he? Were they vision impaired?

You don't seem to get that he had prosthetic legs on at the time. So he did have legs.
I am against police brutality just like everyone else but I can't see how a judgement can be made without knowing exactly what occurred before the limited video was shot.
If he had not resisted arrest, it may not have happened.

Really? I think he has had amputations above the knee.
