If you want to know about the arrival of your relatives, photos, the ship they arrived on etc etc here is a good website and it's free.
Search for them here:

Once you type in the surname a list of names should come up. You will then see 'digitized item'. If there is a symbol there it means they have scanned the documents. Click there to see it.

That site also has war service records and other interesting stuff. There are many other sites with passenger arrivals too. PROV, NSW Archives, Ships LIst & Trove to name a few.
