Oh no. Ernie ate some plastic ducks and went swimming too soon and sank; according to the lone witness.

The challenge for me is to NOT post any ocean or beach scenery pics.
Water, water everywhere here! I need to get creative.
I love your pic #12 tcm. Where was that taken?

I am surrounded by water (ocean) also. It is blowing a gale and quite cold again here, so not ideal for strolling around in the outdoors.
I did go to the Wetlands here today for the first time, couldn't find the right paths (just mown strips) to do a complete walk around, nor the hide, you can sit in and watch birds.

Water photo challenge wouldn't be much for me if there were no photo's of the ocean, can't beat it (just my view).

I was planning on getting some of the beach with the steel works in the background but it's sooooooo cold - will see what tomorrow is like.

I would love to be able to capture a whale or 2 going past here on their way north. Saw a Mother and baby who had come in for a rest at Kendalls Beach, when taking the kids to school once (pre digital camera, smart phone so no record of that).
I am the same tttt, with the ocean pics... you got to work with what you got! (whats around your area).

I'm away from home for the week and somehow my new lens didn't come with me I was hoping to go to the local garden centre and try some closeups of the water features. It's miserable weather, cold and wet. I love the flapping geese photos.

I absolutely love your photo of the dogs "swimming" in the fountain.
