I have a westinghouse.................... my sister had the exact same one. Hers never had an issue and she has kids!
Mine was a pain from 3 months on, I replaced all the runners 4 times, no joke.............. it washes ok but recently started to deteriorate in the filter area, it's almost like plastic that has been in the sun. Stoopid dw

It has been proven that dishes washed in a dishwasher are cleaner than if washed by hand.

They won't last long if they do. The heat will kill anything.

I do a descale though, we seem to have a lot of calcification from our water
