When you voted, and your party didn't/did get in?
Do you remember the Budgets? Did you agree/not agree?
I think some may need to step back a little. If the majority voted in the party you didn't vote for, it's what the majority of the population wanted at the time. Most have gone through this, and you know what? we survived.

Tell it to the pensioners.

Yeah, thanks. Really helpful, and missed the point entirely, but thanks.

Well just remember that if the Senate knocks back the budget it's what the majority wanted at the time.

It beggars belief doesn't it. The elderly have worked for a lot of their lives and many didn't have superannuantion. I don't have it myself as I gave up work when I had children.
Their taxes paid should have covered a decent pension. That is not the case. They are now pretty much ignored and they should get back to work.

In over 40 odd years of voting, I have never been more disgusted by
a budget, such as this, being handed down.
I remember being petulant when I was younger
I remember being disappointed when I was a little older..... but
I have never been so totally disgusted with any government
as I am with this one!!
I am dusting off my pitchfork as I see I have a need for it
