I gave up smoking 23 years ago.
Best thing I ever did.

i gave up 22 years ago, so glad i managed to stay off them.
what people do with their money is their business but i'm very happy that i no longer blow mine on **bleep**s

I gave up 13 years ago when I fell pregnant with our eldest, started again after I finished breast feeding. Stopped for good about 6 months later, cold turkey, Thank you Allan Carr ๐ Totally rewired the way I thought about it, I always thought I "enjoyed" smoking, but I didn't.

that's the nicotine talking buzz........I gave up 25 years ago...smoked 80 a day....it just wasn't 'fun' anymore...used to have nightmares about dying of cancer because of it......yes such a relief to be free of it!!
