Do you still send real Christmas cards?

Im writing mine out now but have cut the amount down heaps.

Mostly only sending them to overseas family and very close friends now.

Do you still send them or email/fb your Christmas messages to people now?

Re: Do you still send real Christmas cards?

I have 2 elderly aunties I always send cards to......................not sending any others.

I don't give or send cards to anyone I buy a gift for.

I still have quite a few gifts to buy..............

Gawd... I only just found out a standard stamp is 70 cents. We've been using up a roll of 60 cent stamps left over from my husbands business.

Is it still cheaper to post a Christmas card?

Oh! yes, I will be posting about 15 Christmas cards. Smiley Happy

yes and I still send postcards when travelling - there is something about that little bit of cardboard travelling half way around the world that I like.

Boris, I love receiving postcards. I've even been known to send them to myself LOL

I send about 15 Christmas cards, mainly overseas. I also love getting them in the mail back.

Re: Do you still send real Christmas cards?

I miss the 10 shilling note that used to arrive in the snowy, glittery landscape of foreign lands - sent from Toongabbie.

And the venetian blind that was used for display purposes prior to the current gregarious lighting that indicated Santa was about to drop down the non-existent chimney.

We don't send any as all the rellies are on FB or have a PC,(so we post it on their Timeline or Email them).

So we send Jib Jab cards for holidays, bithdays, etc,(much more fun and it's only $12 a year subscription).

To start with it's a free site but you get a limited choice,(it was when I first went on it a few years back).
