Had bullet proof jocks and vest on this morning when he was walking around Sydney Harbour with David Cameron?
He just looked very awkward or maybe he had an early morning ride on his bike and got a bit chafed.

it never was for Julia Gillard and not for Kevin Rudd either, even Howard copped a spray, yet suddenly we have all this nonsense that
we are being disrespectful?....
Well, I can't agree with that, there were many threads around those times where posters diagreed with the same disrespect.
However, if we want to be free to give our opinion, we also need to allow others the same freedom.

With respect to you twinks, that's just rubbish. It's the Australian way to shorten names. My name has 6 letters but everyone only ever uses 3. My OH has 7, but uses only 4.
By your reasoning shouldn't he be referred to as Anthony, not Tony?
Shortening names of loved ones close friends etc may be ok if they are comfortable with it. It is disrespectful to do so to those you have no relationship with. Maybe I was brought up with more morals than some

You may not respect a person but that is no excuse for bad manners.

Seriously? Are you questioning my MORALS because I shorten people's names or use nicknames? Wow!
I did not question your morals at all.
