It is so annoying. Every store seems to be pushing us to self serve.Good on the lady, wish I had seen it. Maybe others should have joined her.

I live on a busy street near a school. Have learned to block it out. Must admit some are too noisey to block out.Lots of rude people. Shopping yesterday. Saw a youngish woman having a go at young shop assistant because the toy she wanted was sold out...

I think that is silly. I have boys and girls. They play with each other's toys. I think children learn by example.
