Does anyone know any 1 year old boys?

Could you measure their chest size for me please?  I'm planning on knitting a couple of jumpers for the LPs ready for next winter but I'm not sure what size they will be.  The pattern I'm wanting to use suggests chest size 19" for 12-18 months.  What do you think?

They would differ considerably from boy to boy.

I suggest erring on the larger size.

Thanks kopes.  Looks like the 19" might be the right one.
