Alex Somlyay, a Liberal MP for 23 years who retired at the September election,
Mr Somlyay's ''relief staffing budget'' states that she worked 270 days or 2030 hours between September 2012 and December 2013.
....Mr Somlyay appears to have obscured his wife's identity in his list of employed staff. At the top of an internal staffing document, titled ''monthly management report'', the former MP's wife is listed as ''Jennifer Bridget Somlyay''
.
But lower on the same page, under a section titled ''electorate employees'', an apparently different woman named ''Jennifer Donovan'' is listed.
This second woman, Ms Donovan, received at least $99,000 for ''electorate office'' work dating as far back as 2003, further documents indicate. Donovan is the maiden name of Mr Somlyay's wife, according to the former MP's entry in Who's Who in Australia.

We want all the millions NSW Labor stole from Australians for decades.
We now see the architect of all the criminal stealing, cronyism, fraud, corruption and cover up parachuted into the Federal senate. I feel sick just looking at him.
They weren't game to let him stand in an election so they allowed him to slither in, now heโs on gravy street for the next 6 years. Thanks Labor, you've done it again.

You've been fooled again
Or perhaps you're trying (and failing badly) to fool others
All those claiming to be LNP supporters
are of course (and it's painfully obvious to all) Labor Losers
As explained half a dozen posts back
You see this is how I know I'm superior to so many
I don't even have to try
Just comes naturally
I KNOW the vast majority of pollies of BOTH sides of the artificial divide
are scum
are corrupt
are pin brains
And all those others with average or above IQ are aware of it also
It's those who cling to a political party as if it were their family of birth
Those who follow a political team as if it were a football team
Those who argue 'Holden vs Ford' about political parties
THEY are the ones you have to pity
for their lack of intelligence
and utter worthlessness as citizens
They should be denied the vote
because their vote is the vote of donkeys
It's way beyond their capabilities to even acknoledge that there are good and bad in ALL parties
They are the true Donkey Voters
Doesn't matter which political 'team' they support
They're donkeys
and it's a waste of time trying to discuss anything with them because they just aren't up to even half intelligent discussion
They simply BRAY
BRAYING endlessly like a shed full of sheep
thinking they've achieved something in life by clinging like leeches to the shirt-tails of a crummy political party not worthy of the name

No wonder the country is in such a mess. the once proud liberal party has been taken captive by self seeking criminals, people i am guilty of helping to elect i admit. we need to start over.
