PM material do you think?
Undecided voters cheered him, makes you wonder whether they were really undecided.
It's not what you do in a debate in my view.
Penny Wong has described Tony Abbott as aggressive. I maintain he is a bit of a thug.

is it someone well known? i had never had of Lily Fontana until today. Is her FB page popular?
It's public .......do we have graph search in Australia ? that may only require a search for Tony Abbott /Kevin Rudd debate ?
You see unique results for each search based on your connections to people, places and things, and based on what you’re able to see on Facebook.
Your friends, interests and other connections impact the order of your results.
People’s privacy choices also influence the specific results you’re able to see. For example, if you search for photos of Paris, you may see photos your friends took and shared with you first, because you’re more closely connected to those people and pictures. You may also see photos that people you’re not friends with have shared with Public, because you are part of the audience for those photos. Keep in mind that Public posts can be seen by anyone, including people not on Facebook.

and ted bundy was a good looking young man.....
looks are not the way to judge someone's character.

Why would she lie?
Maybe she was just name dropping. Or he was not happy the way she did his make up and and told her. Or he was trying to prepare himself mentally for the debate and she was prattling on about something trivial. Or she is staunch LNP supporter, after all the whole thing was organised by NEWS Ltd.

such as?
PRIME Minister Kevin Rudd's penchant for big words not only confuses foreigners, but everyday Australians, Opposition Leader Malcolm Turnbull says.
That's rather funny coming from Turnbull, the master of baffle them with bulldust.

SKY NEWS who broadcast last night's event said it had been made aware of the comments posted on Facebook by the freelance make-up artist.
"The individual is not a SKY NEWS staff member.
"The comments posted were extremely unprofessional and we do not agree with them.
"We understand the post has now been removed and she has expressed her regret over the matter".
Her Facebook page is currently showing a "sorry, this page isn't available" message, though it's not clear if the issue is a technical glitch or if the page has been removed from the site.

Rudd was appallingly rude, pacing up and down in front of Abbott with his back to him, then getting in his face haranguing him and waving his hands around. I wouldn't have blamed Abbott if he had said something far more appropriate.
I was prepared to respect Rudd as Prime Minister when first elected until he showed how little he deserved it, and he has done little to regain a shred of respect in my opinion.

I can't envision how he did this. Was he pacing away and then turning coming forward - he would have faced him on the return journey then. Or if he was pacing from left to right, he could not have been facing away but sideways, unless he was sliding sideways with his back facing Abbott. I would have liked to see that! ![]()

We must have watched a different debate...............

I was thinking that too Az.
Also that while each gave the other questions....the answers were for US to hear rather than one or the other. If Kevin Rudd or Tony Abbott looked at each other all of the time instead of towards 'Us' ......we (the people that matter here..or should matter here) would have been excluded.
