There are loads of apartments going up in my suburb, I've often thought that down the track when we are empty nesters that we might consider moving to an apartment. Wondering if any one has or if you have always lived in apartment and you like that lifesyle what are the pros and cons? Body corporate comes to mind as a negative.

Joe--you are giving me a headache thinking-lol.
My idea used to be a unit was a stand alone building and a flat
had walls between the flats.---too hard going for a beer...........................Richo.

I also think units are not built on top of eachother, mebbe side by side, or not.. cos, theres a developement down the road, has so many houses - a driveway, yet they call 'em stand alone units
Ok, enough babbling* lol

I don't fancy living in an apartment. I like to go outside and potter around, walk to the mail box, hang washing on line outside etc.
