I never laughed as much when the CB guy was trying to say that they are an ethical organisation and try to do the best for people; have to give him credit for being able to say all that with totally straight face. Hope there is a Royal Commission soon, and that there is an independent watch dog set up for all insurance companies. I have been affected by this; they sent me from one doctor to another until they found one who has written report they liked.
