In saying your uncle was 'a "sexualised" child,' do you mean he was sexually abused as a child or had the 'facts of life'explained to him at an early age.

NOT
No I don't. None of the boys I grew up with would have dreamed of dressing up in Mum's (we don't say "mommy"in Australia) old clothes or shoes. They played Cowboys and Indians, mostly.
grown up gay or tranvestite or anything other than pretty darn normal?
Nup.
playing dress up was a pretty normal activity when i was a kid.
Me too, but the boys dressed up as men (like their dads) and the girls dressed up as ladies, like their Mums.
i have no wish to dress as a woman or sleep with men, how can that be?
You're a normal heterosexual man?
maybe its because you cant catch gayness like a cold.
I agree. but you can be tuned into thinking it's a normal. It's not.

Actually, hetro folks who lusted after the opposite sex when they reached puberty and remained that way without experimenting for the rest of their lives isn't considered the "norm" these days

Icy, you are entitled to your opinion, however, so is everyone else to theirs.
Descriptions used such as 'normal and abnormal' about people and how they should and do function are just meaningless words that those who are unskilled, untrained and unaware of human anatomy and physiology right down to the cellular level and beyond, have no idea about .. and least of all, how vastly versatile the construction of the body from birth can be ...
Nobody chooses to be homosexual; nobody chooses to be heterosexual as a child or an adult.
It just is what it is, it is not a choice.

It was not because there was a reading session.
Correlation does not equal causation.
Really? He must have felt pretty strongly about it to protest against it in the first place, don't you think? As a homosexual himself, I mean.
You'd wonder why?
Then he was bullied for his actions on social media and disowned by his organisation.
Nowhere else to to for the poor young man, really, was there?
I reckon he was pretty hurt, poor young man.

Regardless if one was sexually abused as a child by the same gender or if they were influenced by homosexuality, they'll soon know their sexual orientation when they reach puberty.

Are red heads (about 2% of the world population) and left-handeders (about 12%) also abnormal. And should our children be shielded from them till they are old enough to understand?
