Anyone who is doing any work with children, whether it be a school teacher, a nurse, a volunteer reading at the library, a volunteer at the pool kiosk, MUST by law hold a Working with Children permit. If someone is a convicted sex offender, they would fail the check and not be allowed to be around children. People must produce the permit BEFORE being allowed to work with kids. Geez, I thought you  being the expert on everything, you'd have already known that. 

As for having a photo online of someone holding a man's genitals, how does that affect any kids? Any half decent parent would be monitoring their kids internet usage, so any kids should not just happen upon a site like that.

My highly regarded, middle aged orthopaedic surgeon was a Cleo centrefold when he was younger. He was also a stripper for a bit to help him pay for medical school. At one stage he was a clown for kids birthday parties. His wife did whatever she could to get all the images removed from online, so their kids didn't find them when they were older, but we all know that it is impossible to remove something completely from the internet.

So which book was it? I've read all the Discworld series and I don't recall one titled "A totally Forgettable One" (your reply last time I asked)

I've just done a bit of Googling.

 "Drag Queens convicted of child sexual abuse in Australia" (one case reported from Bendigo in 2008 and no mention of the offender ever being employed to read stories to children in libraries)

 "Catholic priests and brothers convicted of child sex abuse in Australia" (Up to 15% of priests in some dioceses were alleged perpetrators between 1950 and 2015 and By far the worst was the order of the St John of God Brothers, where a staggering 40% of religious brothers are believed to have abused children.)

That rather suggests that children are much safer sitting in libraries being read to by drag queens than sitting in schools or churches being taught by priests or reigious brothers,

Better clarification is needed. What you have mentioned here is not in Christian churhes but Catholic!  many Protestant Christians do not consider Catholics to be Christians. It is a completely different religion!

Depends on who's doing the narrative. From the perspective of many Protestant Christians, the Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Catholics are not Christians.
