me neither, gave up awhile ago - makes me ill and is fattening (am only referring to me). When i did partake it was vodka or ouzo.

I drink scotch and soda didn't know they had diet soda did not know it was fattening.
I drink Scotch, Vodka, Cab Sav, Champange and a lot of water.

I still don;t get how that works. So the study says the alchohol is absorbed quicker but surely if you are mixing your drink with a non-alc drink then you are drinking a lower volume of alcohol anyway?

I think the soda they mean is soft drinks
