Re: Dumb Questions Thread

Dance was being interpersonal.

Katy, my eldest used to complain at the table about mince dishes like chiili con carne & especially spag bol. The youngest used to join in wiith the complaining, then promptly eat her dinner up. Eldest ate it, a bit less enthusiastically.

They really would have starved if they didn't eat veges and fruit I think.

What do people who don't like veges eat for dinner? A steak on the plate by itself? With chips ? A fried vege.

Tomato plants are self pollinating.  The anthers release the pollen onto the stamen of its own flower. Another of Natures'  wonders.

Re: Dumb Questions Thread

AM*3 ... my son WOULD eat a steak on a plate by itself for dinner ... IF it was big enough.

But, I'm not a big meat eater, so we always have lots of veges and about twice a week I cook meals with no meat, or very little.

The other day I made a pastry-free quiche ... lots of vegetables and a little bacon.

Today it's beef osso bucco for dinner ... I eat a bite or so of the falling off the bone tender delicious meat ... he gets the rest.

My question is ... why does it rain too much?

Well there you go, another not so dumb question answered.

I was told by an old timer tomato grower that you should never store tomatoes in the fridge. It was the condition that you had to accept to accept the gifted tomatoes from him  😄

Re: Dumb Questions Thread

Dumb question for the day.

What would possess parents to take a 9 year old to a shooting range to learn how to use automatic firearms?

Said 9 year old girl killed her instructor accidentally while parents recorded the action on phone.  Poor girl has to live with that forever on her conscience.
