Earring Stands & Holders - Who Needs Them?

My neighbour gave me one like this once, but I never used it, never had a space for it.

I just hang mine on the lampshade and stick the lapel pins on the shade:

or off the little jewellry box on the bathroom windowsill:

What a great idea with the lampshade.  It looks very pretty.

I only have one pair of sleepers and I hang them off my ears.

I think I'm a bit OCD with earrings, I don't feel dressed if I'm not wearing a pair to match my outfit. Hence my collection.

useless for me,i don't have pierced ears. and i'd need a MUCH bigger lampshade for my pin collection,lol!

You mean pins as in brooches and lapel pins, sin?

yup,i have around 200 figural pins,most are animals,insects,fish,birds,things like that. i used to wear them on the lapels of my chef's coat,or on my suit jacket lapels if i had to be a liason or captain a banquet. 

most of them are vintage stuff i find at flea markets and thrift stores,but some are gifts that friends tell me" i saw this and it jumped off the shelf and said send me home to barri!" lol!

this is one of the bugs,it was a gift from a sweet lady who's gone now,i cherish it!

I used to know a lady who collected spider brooches, sin

I keep all my scarves in a cardboard box in the linen press, Crikes.

When they get all tangled up I go in and cull them lol.
