Let the blood sports begin. Craig Emmerson has called for KRudd to remove himself from the political landscape, to leave the Labor party forthwith.
This is the man the Labor party put up to the Australian people as a Prime minister again, after removing him once before. The destruction to the politic of Australia, the hatred & disgust, the no trust factor meant nothing as long as they had a chance of getting back in.
No they are parachuting Paul Howes & Dastyari, 2 union heavies, get a free ride into Parliament without the people having any say.
They have learnt absolutely nothing & if Shorten becomes leader they will rot in opposition for years.

Craig Emerson is showing himself to be what he is accusing Rudd of.
I cannot believe they are all still behaving like such idiots.

This is universal and has NOTHING to do with australia/labor/liberal/abbott/rudd/etc.
Your assumption that labor will "rot in opposition" if a certain person becomes leader of the ALP is therefore wrong.
Your explanations are wasted, kennedia. this OP isn't about politics, public affairs or anything even marginally intelligent. It is the contortions of a bloated spleen that is in danger of rupturing now it hasn't got a real target on which to vent.

So now Emmerson is worth quoting is he? And his opinion is of value to you all of a sudden is it?
Even after months of slagging him off and, if I recall correctly, slagging Gillard for having a coffee with him, he is suddenly someone you find important enough to take notice of while the rest of us just see him as a bitter ex-politician with an axe to grind about Rudd?
His opinion is about as inciteful as anything Latham has to say.

Funny! I actually thought of Latham when I was watching Emerson! and until yesterday, I had a respect for Emerson..........he assisted us with an issue when our grandchild came to Australia and needed medical attention.
