Why is it that people seem to be becoming more envious of others?

Such a dislike of others wealth.  I can understand not liking a persons character if they are a braggart etc but to put people down becasue they have more than you is a waste of time and energy.

Thinking of how you would help this person, that group of people and use the money sooo much more wisely if YOU were wealthy.  I seem to read/hear this envy more and more and I have to wonder why.  jSurely part of becoming an adult is realising that life isn't fair....never has been and never will be so instead of stressing about how others use their wealth, be content with what you have, live your life to suit your circumstances, try to be a happy person and if you don't like your way of life, do something to change it.

not directed at anyone......just very much sick of the rubbish being heaped on anyone who is deemed "wealthy".

now I'm off to paint and be very happy that I can now afford to buy better quality paints eventhough I'm sure there are artists who can afford the VERY best paints made.

Spot, if any ladies you invite on board do object to your no doubt bikini-clad girl crew, I hope you would be a gentleman and hire alternatives for the duration.

I don't think I really envy anyone for riches or lifestyle...until I read your post Spot 🙂

Im not realy envious of wealthy folk -but have noticed over the years-

the self made ones are more down to earth people than the ones

born into money....................Richo.

I envy people who have energy..................... and can wear nice shoes without pain.

Boris, if my comment came across as a bit harsh, it wasn't meant to.  I'll try to be more tactful and this isn't just to you but how I live my life.

I see no reason to debate/discuss/argue about any views I have with anyone who clearly has totally differing views to me.  I like reading and hearing others views but won't spend time getting worked up, stressed upset or angry about what other people think.

I like a simple and stressfree life, actually, I need a stress free life, so while I read others opinions and agree or not, I'm not going to waste my time or energy trying to change anothers opinion or listen to someone trying to change mine.

We are all different and that's how I like it.
