For some strange reason I really like quinoa although I can't always remember how to pronounce it.

We eat them hot lurker.  Saw the recipe on pinterest and thought I would try them as an entree.  You cut them into wedges, coat them with flour, beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs.  I put them on kitchen paper after I shallow fried them to drain then served with sweet chilli sauce.  I just remembered, because I was having them when visitors were coming, I pre-prepared them and dipped them in lemon juice first so they didn't go brown.

Creamed rice must be having a bit of a revival. I have noticed it for sale in those mall stalls, that sell, fresh juice,  fruit salad & other types of salads. The creamed rice is the only thing they sell that is not made from fruit or vege.
