Hi 🙂
I have a row of gardenias and they have been there for about 14 years but just recently the leaves have started to change white.
Can anyone help?
TIA

The pale yellow/white leaves is deficiency; in lemons easily fixed by application of epsom salts, not sure about gardenia.
The white blotches I never seen before. Would it wipe off with a tissue or is it in the leaf? If you take leave into a nursery make sure you put it in a zip lock bag; the nursery would not be happy if you bring some strange disease in.

Swanes yes!!!!
I'll take a sample there tomorrow.
Thank you all so much I really appreciate it.
I'll let you know when I get the results.
And you're right, the white leaves look quite pretty but just not right.

Do you have a Frangipani overhanging the Garenia? If they have any cuts or snaps they will leak a milky sap over whatever is below.
Looks like a serious deficiency in the soil.Usually if it's Nitrogen, there will be yellowed veining in the leaves but I've never seen white leaves before/

Fig trees have a milky sap like that too

To me it looks like some sort of bug in the root system of your tree, sucking the life out of the plant.
Nursey may be able to tell you.

I dont have anything hanging over them, they are on their own.
